BIO:In his first full season back in the American Le Mans Series since 2003, Lucas Luhr returned to championship form with long-time driving partner and friend Sascha Maassen for Penske Racing in LMP2. . .Following championship run, was signed by Audi to compete in DTM and selected duties with diesel-powered R10 TDI prototype in 2007 American Le Mans Series. . .Ranks among Series record-holders in variety of career stats including wins, starts, fast qualifiers and fastest race laps. . .Has won on six of seven street circuits in Series history except Houston but looks to miss new 2007 Series street racing events at St. Petersburg, Long Beach and Detroit’s Belle Isle.
